Senior Network Engineer - Palo Alto Firewall

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer with strong expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), VPN technologies, and Panorama. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise network security infrastructure and ensuring high availability and security of network services.

- Design, configure, and manage Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama for centralized firewall management.

- Implement and troubleshoot Site-to-Site VPN and Remote Access VPN solutions.

- Manage DDI infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management) including troubleshooting and optimization.

- Perform firewall policy management, rule analysis, and security compliance.

- Monitor network security events and respond to incidents.

- Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to ensure secure network architecture.

- Perform network troubleshooting (L2/L3 issues, routing, switching).

- Support network changes, upgrades, and patching activities.

- Maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama.

- Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN, GlobalProtect).

- Experience with DDI platforms (Infoblox or similar).

- Good knowledge of network protocols TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, NAT.

- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

- Understanding of network security best practices.
