About the Role :

The Network Infrastructure Service team is responsible for architecting, building, automating, and managing global network infrastructure across data centers and major public cloud providers.

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile, and highly collaborative environment, and is passionate about working with modern networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and support network and security infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI environments

- Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of both on-premises and cloud networks

- Monitor support queues, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis for critical incidents

- Implement corrective actions and ensure long-term resolution of network issues

- Support office connectivity for development and hosting environments

- Participate in rotational shift schedules (24x5)

Note : Candidates open to working only night shifts may be considered for remote opportunities (limited positions)

Required Experience & Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in network operations and implementation at enterprise scale

- Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI)

- Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture :

1. Data Center Networks

2. Campus Networks

3. Public Cloud Networking

4. Global WAN Connectivity

Technical Expertise :

- Networking protocols : IPv4, IPv6, BGP, VPN, L2 Switching, VXLAN

- Experience with networking hardware and platforms :

1. Arista (L2/L3, CVP)

2. Cisco (Spine-Leaf, IOS, NX-OS)

3. Meraki (Wireless)

4. Palo Alto Networks

Good to Have :

- Experience with Load Balancers :

1. Citrix NetScaler (preferred)

2. AVI Load Balancer

3. NGINX

4. HAProxy

- Knowledge of network security :

1. Firewalls (Palo Alto)

2. 802.1X Authentication

3. Network Access Control Systems

4. VPN Technologies
