LanceSoft is looking for a skilled Senior Netezza Developer to join our team in Pune, Chennai, or Mumbai.

Experience : 5+ years hands-on with IBM Netezza (PureData for Analytics)

Skills : Strong SQL, data warehouse design, ETL/ELT, and performance tuning

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Netezza-based data warehouse solutions

- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts

- Perform data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Conduct performance tuning and query optimization using Netezza tools (NZSQL, NZPLSQL, NZLOAD)

- Implement ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows

Onboarding & Mitigation Strategies :

- Prepare pre-onboarding materials, documentation, and recorded walkthroughs

- Assign a buddy or mentor to help new members integrate quickly

- Provide clear role definitions to avoid confusion for late joiners

- Conduct regular check-ins and increase frequency of stand-ups or syncs to ensure alignment
