Senior .Net Support Developer - Ticketing System

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Support Developer to provide high-quality application support and maintenance for .NET-based systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to handle production issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.

- Work on bug fixes, enhancements, and performance improvements.

- Manage and resolve incident tickets within SLAs.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

- Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement.

Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Framework, MVC, WebForms, and C#.

- Proficiency in SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

- Good understanding of JavaScript and jQuery for front-end issue resolution.

- Solid experience in application support, production environments, and maintenance

processes.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
