Sr. Dot Net Engineer

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with deep expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native development. This role requires someone who can own features end-to-end from database schema to API contract to event flow to deployment while leveraging AI-assisted development tools for rapid, high-quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Mandatory : Hands-on .NET development experience combined with daily AI-assisted development this is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.

- Core .NET Expertise (5+ years) : C# 12+ and .NET 8/9, ASP.Net Core, Entity Framework Core, Dependency Injection, Design Patterns (including Saga Pattern and Decorator Pattern), SOLID principles.

- Distributed Systems & Messaging : Message brokers, MassTransit, Event driven architecture.

- Cloud & Infrastructure : AWS, Docker & Kubernetes.

- Databases : SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis.

- Security & Compliance : Authentication, Identity Providers, Multi-tenant isolation.

- AI-Assisted Development : Daily use of AI coding assistants, Critical evaluation of AI output, AI-assisted code review, AI-assisted documentation, AI-assisted debugging.

- What We Don't Want : Engineers who blindly accept AI output without reading and understanding the code.

- Nice to Have : Financial services domain knowledge Payments, remittances, FX, settlements, ACH/SWIFT, card processing, KYC/AML compliance.
