Job Description :

Infosys is seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our team in Gurgaon. With 7 to 11 years of total experience, the ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the entire .NET ecosystem and modern front-end frameworks, coupled with robust architectural knowledge. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented professional capable of leading technical development, designing scalable solutions, mentoring team members, and championing a culture of continuous learning and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Architecture and Design : Apply a strong understanding of architecture to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions utilizing the C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API stack.

- Full Stack Development Leadership : Lead hands-on development across the entire application stack, from data persistence and backend services to responsive front-end user interfaces.

- Technical Mentorship and Empowerment : Actively mentor team members on projects, helping them grasp new technologies and stay current with industry trends. Empower the team to become solution providers, fostering a flat, collaborative environment where every perspective is valued and constructive feedback is encouraged.

- Communication and Solution Pitching : Demonstrate clarity of thought and strong communication skills to effectively articulate complex technical solutions, architecture choices, and implementation strategies to both technical teams and stakeholders.

- Code Quality and Testing : Enforce rigorous coding standards, utilizing Unit Testing frameworks, and ensuring the development of clean, maintainable, and well-documented codebases.

- Technology Exploration and Adoption : Actively explore and rapidly grasp new technologies and development methodologies, demonstrating enthusiasm for different areas of work to continuously refine our technology stack and solution offerings.

- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics : Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across different disparate technologies, environments, and production systems.

Required Skills :

- Total experience of 7+ years in software development, with significant focus on the Microsoft technology stack.

- Expert, hands-on experience with architecture and development in C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.

- Deep expertise with key Microsoft backend frameworks : Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API.

- Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, coupled with extensive experience in a major framework like Angular or React.

- Strong foundational knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming System (OOPS) principles, RESTful APIs, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with robust relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL, including complex query optimization and schema design.

- Good understanding of recognized design patterns ( Gang of Four), Concurrent design, and advanced multithreading concepts for performance optimization.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and deploying .NET applications in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), and automated testing frameworks.

- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB).

- Proven track record in leading and successfully delivering large-scale enterprise projects.
