We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in developing robust and scalable applications using the .NET framework and C++. This role requires a strong understanding of both application development and accessibility standards for various digital formats.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C# applications, including console and Windows applications.

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C++ applications (Adobe Plugins).

- Work with MySQL to design and implement efficient database schemas, queries, and procedures.

- Lead the implementation of accessibility features for digital documents, specifically PDF and ePub files.

- Use XSLT for transforming XML documents and data.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of professional experience as a .NET Developer.

- Proven expertise in C# and experience in developing both console and Windows applications.

- Proven expertise in C++ and experience in developing Adobe Plug-ins.

- In-depth knowledge of MySQL and a strong understanding of database design and management.

- Solid knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for software development.

- Demonstrable experience with XSLT.

- Specific expertise in implementing and ensuring PDF and ePub accessibility.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
