- Strong coding skills using various Microsoft and web development technologies including but not limited to : ASP.Net, C#, MVC, Web Forms, Web Services, SQL Server, T-SQL, HTML5, jQuery, Ajax, Angular, Kendo, and Microservices.

- Expertise in various other .Net development tools and products along with development in SQL Server with the ability to tune stored procedures and T-SQL scripting.

- Expertise in infrastructure as code and automating production data and ML pipelines.

- Hands-on work in on-prem to cloud migration, preferably in Azure.

- Azure experience as it pertains to PaaS (Platform as a Service) offerings (Synapse, ADLS, DataBricks, Event Hubs, CosmosDB, Azure ML, etc.).

- Experience building, governing, and scaling data warehouses/lakes/lake houses.

- Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.

- Software & Data Pipeline Development : Successfully design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable .NET applications and automated data/ML pipelines, consistently meeting project timelines and architectural standards.

- Cloud Migration & Optimization : Drive or significantly contribute to the seamless migration of on-premise solutions to Azure, ensuring efficient utilization and optimization of Azure PaaS offerings (e.g., Synapse, ADLS, DataBricks, Event Hubs, CosmosDB, Azure ML).

- System Performance & Reliability : Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and reliability issues across applications, databases, and data infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal system efficiency.

- Engineering Excellence & DevOps : Champion best practices in coding standards, participate actively in code reviews, and contribute to enhancing our CI/CD processes and overall DevOps maturity.
