Senior .Net Developer - C#/VB

Description :

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, deep understanding of application architecture, and the ability to mentor developers while building scalable, high-performance systems. Exposure to Azure and Azure AI services is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise applications using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core

- Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions

- Apply deep knowledge of .NET internals, performance tuning, and memory management

- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, complex queries, stored procedures, and indexes

- Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and best practices

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and performance bottlenecks

- Drive continuous improvements in architecture, coding standards, and development processes

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development

- Strong expertise in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core

- In-depth understanding of .NET internals and application lifecycle

- Extensive experience with SQL Server (query optimization, stored procedures, indexing)

- Experience building and scaling enterprise applications

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with Microsoft Azure

- Exposure to Azure AI services

- Knowledge of microservices and cloud-native architecture

- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Agile / Scrum experience
