About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in C# .NET, ReactJS, and SQL to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, participating in architecture and design discussions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.

- Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, and technical reviews.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C# .NET, ReactJS, and SQL Server.

- Perform database upgrades and optimize database performance across modules.

- Work closely with QA and testing teams to identify and resolve defects and regression issues.

- Support release management activities, including deployment and production support.

- Ensure code quality by conducting code reviews, adhering to best practices, and preparing technical documentation.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as required.

- Report daily progress, risks, and deliverables to the Technical Lead/Project Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in C# .NET (Core/Framework), ReactJS, and SQL Server.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and integration techniques.

- Experience in database design, optimization, and migration.

- Knowledge of version control systems (Git/TFS) and Agile methodologies.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to microservices architecture.

- Experience in performance tuning and security best practices.
