Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our international engineering team, focusing on building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions, working closely with cross-functional product managers, architects, and global stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop high-availability web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET to ensure seamless performance for our international client base.

- Design and maintain RESTful Web APIs and microservices to facilitate efficient data exchange and modular system integration across our global ecosystem.

- Optimize database performance and data integrity within SQL Server environments to support complex business logic and high-volume transaction processing.

- Implement automated CI/CD pipelines and Azure cloud solutions to accelerate deployment cycles and improve overall system reliability.

- Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate Javascript-based interfaces with back-end services, ensuring a cohesive and responsive user experience.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC, with a proven ability to build scalable, enterprise-grade software architectures.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ, with a strong focus on writing efficient, maintainable database queries.

- Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful service design, coupled with hands-on experience deploying solutions within Azure cloud environments.

- Proven ability to manage version control and project workflows using TFS and Visual Studio, ensuring team alignment in fast-paced Agile environments.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across different time zones.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supported by 5 - 10 years of professional experience in full-stack .NET development.
