Role Overview:

As a Senior Dotnet Developer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust server-side applications that serve as the backbone for our client's digital infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and front-end engineers, to translate complex business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code. Your contributions will directly influence the performance, security, and scalability of our platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users while upholding the highest standards of software craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop scalable web applications using ASP.Net and .Net Core to meet evolving business requirements.

- Design and implement efficient database schemas and complex queries in SQL Server to ensure optimal data retrieval and integrity.

- Build and maintain secure RESTful WebAPI services to facilitate seamless communication between disparate system components.

- Optimize application performance by leveraging Entity Framework and LINQ for efficient data access and manipulation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and implement architectural improvements that reduce technical debt.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in C# development and MVC design patterns.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using C#, .Net, and MVC frameworks within Visual Studio environments.

- Proven ability to design and consume RESTful services and WCF services to integrate complex business systems.

- Strong proficiency in front-end integration using Javascript to create responsive and interactive user interfaces.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate abstract business problems into functional, high-performance technical solutions.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and team members.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with a proactive approach to working in an on-site environment in Dubai.
