- Develop different efficient, testable, and reusable module in existing ERP system using ASP.NET Framework, C# and MS SQL Server

- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing ERP system modules

- Write SQL queries, Stored procedure, trigger, etc.

- Work with the MVC design pattern for application development.

- Create and manage WEB APIs, Schedulers, etc.

- Design user-friendly modules using CSS3, HTML5, and the Bootstrap framework.

- Develop and enhance interactive front-end elements using JavaScript, jQuery, and other relevant front-end technologies.

- Should be able to deliver projects in Agile Project planning budgeting scoping managing customer expectation.

- Handle the project delivery end to end Team handling and mentoring

- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile Scrum practices and values to delight customers.

- Accountable and making sure everyone on the team understands the project's goals and scope.

- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.

- Facilitating scrum events daily stand-ups other meetings as needed.

- Develop schedule and cost plans that support the business objectives timelines budgets resources milestones and project deliverables.

- Lead teams in implementing Scrum in order to maximize velocity.
