Senior .Net/C# Engineer

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET/C# Engineer with strong expertise in Azure cloud-native technologies and modern software development practices. The ideal candidate will play a dual role of hands-on developer and technical leader, driving cloud migration, microservices architecture, and secure enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET, C#, and Azure cloud services.

- Provide technical leadership in solution architecture, best practices, and code quality.

- Work with Azure cloud-native tools, ensuring successful migrations and optimized deployments.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with secure authentication (OAuth2) and microservices-based architecture.

- Implement multi-threading, distributed computing, and queuing mechanisms for high-performance systems.

- Drive automated testing, unit testing, TDD, and integrate solutions into CI/CD pipelines.

- Utilize Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized services for deployment and orchestration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Integrate with multiple third-party systems and services.

- Apply expertise in SQL Server, database design, and Cosmos DB.

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and privacy standards, especially in financial data handling.

- Leverage AI-driven coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development.

- Contribute to risk scoring, fraud detection, and compliance automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.

- 2+ years in a technical leadership role with .NET and C#.

- Strong expertise in Azure cloud-native technologies and cloud migration projects.

- Proficiency in RESTful API design, OAuth2, and microservices.

- Solid knowledge of queuing, multithreading, distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and relational database design.

- Experience with compliance, risk, and fraud detection frameworks in financial systems (preferred).

- Familiarity with development tools : VS Code, Postman, Jira, Confluence, Visio, MS Azure DevOps.

- Exposure to AI-enhanced workflows and productivity tools.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
