About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .Net Blazor Developer to join our dynamic team in Ernakulam. This is a hands-on development role that requires deep expertise in .NET technologies, particularly Blazor, and experience in managing cloud and on-premise deployments. The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean code, solving deployment challenges, and optimizing systems for high performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using .NET Blazor framework

- Design and implement efficient database solutions using MS SQL Server and MS SQLite

- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Azure and on-prem environments

- Collaborate with QA, product, and DevOps teams for seamless CI/CD delivery

- Implement DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, including boards, pipelines, and artifact feeds

- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment or runtime issues across environments

- Maintain and enhance NuPkg libraries and create installation kits

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through peer reviews and standards compliance

- Manage repositories, build pipelines, and environment permissions

- Lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and share knowledge within the team

Required Skillsets :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in .NET technologies

- Strong proficiency in Blazor (Server-side and/or WebAssembly)

- Solid experience with MS SQL Server and MS SQLite

- Proficient in application hosting on Azure and on-premises infrastructure

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools including Boards, Artifact Feeds, and Pipelines

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile practices

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD setup and deployment automation

- Proficiency with YAML-based pipelines

- Experience in repository/environment permissions management

- Ability to create and maintain build and release pipelines

- Familiarity with automated testing and story-based deployment workflows

- Strong understanding of NuGet/NuPkg library maintenance

Educational Qualifications :

- B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
