Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with AI expertise to join a critical project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in modern .NET development combined with hands-on exposure to AI-driven application design, agent-based architectures, and cloud-native solutions on Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET 8/9, C#, and Minimal APIs

- Build and integrate AI-powered solutions leveraging Azure AI services and modern LLM-based architectures

- Implement vector search, RAG pipelines, and embedding generation for intelligent applications

- Develop and orchestrate AI workflows using Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate

- Deploy and manage applications on Azure App Services with secure configurations

- Implement secure architecture practices using Key Vault, Managed Identities, and storage services

- Integrate solutions with Microsoft Teams SDK, Bot Framework, and agent-based systems

- Design and implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication patterns and MCP principles

- Monitor system performance using Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and OpenTelemetry

- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in Core .NET development (C#, .NET 8/9)

- Proven experience in building REST APIs / Minimal APIs

- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Managed Identity)

Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially :

- Vector databases & search

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

- Embeddings & LLM integrations

Experience with :

- Semantic Kernel / Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry

- Azure AI Search / Cognitive Search

Knowledge of Telemetry & Monitoring tools :

- OpenTelemetry

- Application Insights

- Azure Monitor

- Experience in agent-based system design and orchestration

- Familiarity with Microsoft Agent Framework, Teams SDK, Bot Framework

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with multi-agent architectures and AI orchestration frameworks

- Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) concepts

- Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems design

- Experience working in data-intensive or AI-first environments
