About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Core Java and experience in developing robust and efficient applications. Familiarity with microservices architecture and IoT technologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications with a focus on performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues to enhance application performance.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

- Work with REST APIs and contribute to building microservices-based architectures.

- Stay updated on emerging Java technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong knowledge of Core Java concepts, including OOP principles, collections, multithreading, and exception handling.

- Experience with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.

- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and writing optimized SQL queries.

- Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience with microservices architecture and tools like Spring Boot, Docker, or Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with IoT protocols and frameworks.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

- Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
