Senior MicroStrategy Developer

Job Title : MicroStrategy Developer.

Experience Required : 5+ Years.

Location : Remote.

Industry Preference : Telecom (Telco) domain experience preferred.

Job Overview :

- Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate data into meaningful insights.

- Perform schema object modeling and design, ensuring scalability and efficient data access.

- Conduct performance tuning for reports and dashboards to enhance user experience.

- Integrate MicroStrategy solutions with ETL processes and data pipelines to support end-to-end BI delivery.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business KPIs.

- Document development processes and maintain version control for BI assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficient in report/dashboard creation, schema design, and visualization best practices.

- Strong understanding of SQL and relational database systems.

- Experience with ETL tools and data integration strategies.

- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and tune MicroStrategy performance.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Telecom industry experience is a strong plus.
