We are urgently seeking an Immediate Joiner for a high-visibility Senior MERN Stack Developer role within a global pharma leader.

- This is a critical Solution Providing Role where you will act as a technical leader in a specialized SWOT team.

- You will be responsible for defining technical architecture, ensuring robust coding standards, and driving innovative solutions using Node.js, React, and Typescript across the organization's product landscape.

- Expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and advanced architectural principles (SOLID, DDD) is essential.

- International travel for short project assignments is expected.

Key Technical Skills & Expertise Required :

- We need an expert with deep proficiency in the Node/React/Typescript ecosystem and architectural principles.

Architecture, Design & Quality :

- Expert in applying OOPs, SOLID, and GRASP Principles in real-world application design.

- Proficient in various architectural patterns, design patterns (GOF, Integration Patterns), and methodologies like Domain Driven Design.

- Expertise in CI/CD practices and various Deployment Strategies.

- Experience with technical documentation, including C4 Diagramming.

Full-Stack Proficiency (MERN & Beyond) :

- Expert in Node.js and developing secure, high-performance REST APIs.

- Strong command over React.js, Redux, Typescript, ES6, HTML5, and CSS3.

Database Mastery :

- Hands-on experience with NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) and Expert in RDBMS concepts (MySQL/MS-SQL Server).

Cloud Expertise :

- Proven experience designing, architecting, and solutioning on Any Major Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Testing & Agile :

- Expert in Unit Testing frameworks and TDD practices (Jest, Mocha, Enzyme, TestDouble).

- Deep proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), capable of acting as a Scrum Master for planning and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- As a key member of the Solution/Architecture Team, your duties will include:

Solution Architecture :

- Understand, design, and develop technical architecture, providing comprehensive diagrams (Infra AWS, Application, Database, DevOps).

Technical Leadership :

- Interact with Product Owners, SMEs, and development teams to represent the Solution/Architecture perspective.

Code Quality & Standards :

- Deliver clean, scalable, and secured code.

- Review and set technical standards for the wider development teams.

R&D :

- Conduct research and development, creating Proof of Concepts (POCs) for innovative solutions.

Global Collaboration :

- Should be in a position to travel abroad for short business assignments/customer visits.
