About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in end-to-end application development. The role involves building scalable, high-performance web applications, working closely with global clients, and contributing to technical design, development, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Lead end-to-end development of web applications from design to deployment

- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js

- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architectures

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud environments

- Design and optimize database structures for performance and scalability

- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and reliability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions

- Engage with international clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Maintain high standards of code quality through best practices and code reviews

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack

- Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of modern technologies

Required Skillsets :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript

- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks

- Experience with REST API development and microservices architecture

- Strong knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS

- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git

- Understanding of authentication and security practices such as OAuth and JWT

- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization

- Experience working with international clients and distributed teams

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
