Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Cybersecurity to lead enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hybrid cloud environments, infrastructure modernization, security governance, and IT operations, along with proven experience leading high-performing technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the organization's IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead the management of enterprise infrastructure, including on-premises data centers, virtualization platforms, cloud environments, networks, servers, storage, and enterprise applications.

- Manage hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Oversee network security, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, identity and access management, and secure remote access solutions.

- Collaborate with global IT, cloud, network, and security teams to ensure standardization and operational excellence.

- Establish and maintain IT security governance, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and CIS Benchmarks.

- Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security audits, and enterprise risk assessments.

- Develop and manage incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

- Evaluate, implement, and govern enterprise AI security solutions, including secure adoption of AI platforms, LLM APIs, DLP, CASB, and API security controls.

- Monitor AI systems for model drift, adversarial attacks, prompt injection risks, and emerging AI security threats.

- Lead cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and technology transformation projects.

- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, technology procurement, and service delivery.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing infrastructure and cybersecurity teams while driving operational excellence.

Required Skills:

- 12-20 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and hybrid cloud architecture.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, including firewalls, endpoint security, VPNs, IAM, DLP, CASB, SIEM, and Zero Trust principles.

- Experience implementing and governing security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and CIS Controls.

- Experience leading cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and data center transformation initiatives.

- Knowledge of AI security, LLM governance, API security, model monitoring, and secure AI adoption.

- Strong experience with incident response, disaster recovery, business continuity, and security operations.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills.

Education (Mandatory):

- Full-time B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MS, or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

Preferred Certifications:

- AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect.

- CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
