Role Summary :

As an AWS Architecture SM/AD, the ideal candidate will lead the design, build, and configuration of applications at ARA's Client. They will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring application requirements are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience in AWS Architecture.

- Influence and advise multiple teams on decisions affecting project outcomes.

- Provide solutions to complex problems that apply across various teams.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

- Mentor junior professionals, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

- Oversee the development process and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Engage in problem-solving activities to implement effective solutions.

- Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Minimum 16 years of total experience (min 10 years in AWS Architecture.)

- Proficiency in AWS Architecture principles.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles.

- Experience with application design and development methodologies.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in mentoring or leading teams.

- Knowledge of additional cloud platforms.

- Certifications in AWS or related technologies.
