Senior Magento Developer - eCommerce Platform

Job Title : Magento Developer.

Location : Kochi / Bangalore.

Experience : 515 Years.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

- Proficiency in headless architecture and PWA concepts.

- Deep understanding of Magento Indexing & Caching.

- Experience in customization using third-party search modules.

Job Description :

Ideal candidates should be passionate about technology and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain features for Magento 2-based eCommerce platforms.

- Design and implement custom reusable modules and extensions.

- Optimize site performance, indexing strategies, and caching.

- Implement and extend GraphQL schemas and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Work on headless commerce projects with PWA or other modern UI stacks.

- Integrate third-party services including ERP, CRM, OMS, and Payment Gateways.

- Build and maintain scheduled jobs, cron processes, and data synchronization logic.

- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and QA engineers.

- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in coding and architecture.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure scalability and performance.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools like Jira.

Technical Requirements :

- Experience in multi-store, multi-language, and multi-currency eCommerce setups.

- Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)

- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).

- Solid understanding of database optimization and schema design.

- Exposure to TDD, unit/integration/end-to-end testing frameworks.

- Knowledge of Compo sable Commerce setups (CMS, Search, Loyalty, etc.

- Adobe certification (Professional/Expert) is a plus.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to modern web frameworks and tools.

- Experience in operating large-scale multi-tenant systems.
