Roles & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce websites, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Customize and extend Magento functionality through custom module development and third-party integrations.

- Optimize website performance by implementing best practices for caching, indexing, and database optimization.

- Conducted code reviews and provided constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on the user experience.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in e-commerce to continuously improve our development processes and solutions.

- Should know about upgrading the Magento version as well as upgrading the installed modules.

- Should be able to transfer a site from one server to another.

Technical Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on Magento.

- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Strong understanding of Magento architecture, including modules, themes, and extensions.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Familiarity with one or more additional e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify or Shopware.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with team members and clients
