Position Overview :

- Maintain, optimize, and scale existing AI systems.

- Train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor ML models.

- Build ML pipelines for experimentation, model management, and feature management.

- Implement A/B testing and scalable model inferencing APIs.

- Optimize GPU architectures, parallel training, and model fine-tuning.

- Deploy LLM-based solutions tailored to specific use cases.

- Follow best practices in DevOps and LLMOps using Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration frameworks.

Technical Requirements :

- LLMOps : MLFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, Langfuse, LlamaIndex, SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI

- Databases : MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Pinecone, ChromaDB

- Cloud : AWS, Azure

- DevOps : Kubernetes, Docker

- Languages : Python, SQL, JavaScript

What Youll Do :

- Implement state-of-the-art ML techniques including NLP, Generative AI, RAG, and Transformer architectures.

- Deploy and monitor ML models ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into the product roadmap.

- Build scalable, efficient data pipelines.

- Present insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.

What You Need to Succeed :

- 3+ years of industry experience in ML, software engineering, and data engineering.

- Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.

- Solid programming skills in Python and JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with MLOps and production-grade ML systems.

- Ability to collaborate across teams, from research to product.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
