We are seeking an experienced Senior Linux Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize mission-critical Linux environments supporting enterprise applications and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Linux system administration, automation, security, and troubleshooting, with hands-on experience managing large-scale production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, manage, and maintain Linux servers across enterprise environments.

- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, reliability, and security.

- Perform system administration tasks including patching, upgrades, configuration management, and troubleshooting.

- Automate repetitive operational tasks using Bash scripting and/or Python.

- Diagnose and resolve operating system, application, networking, and infrastructure-related issues.

- Manage user access, permissions, system hardening, and security best practices.

- Support virtualization platforms and cloud-based infrastructure environments.

- Collaborate with application, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and efficient operations.

- Develop and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Ansible.

- Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Linux systems in enterprise environments.

- Strong experience with Linux distributions including :

1. Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

2. Ubuntu

3. CentOS

- Proficiency in Shell scripting and automation using Bash and/or Python.

- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.

- Experience supporting container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux OS, applications, and infrastructure components.

- Good understanding of Linux security, networking concepts, and system performance tuning.
