Senior/Lead Developer - DevOps & Cloud

About the Role :

Were seeking an experienced Developer with a strong background in cloud-native technologies, DevOps practices, and backend development.

Youll work on a dynamic suite of projects, shaping robust CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and scalable backend applications for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients.

Your technical vision and hands-on approach will help drive innovation and reliability across our teams.

What Youll Do :

- Design, implement, and enhance CI/CD automation for modern, cloud-based applications.

- Develop backend services using Java or Python, integrating SQL/JPA, Swagger/OpenAPI, and microservice architectures.

- Build, maintain, and optimize infrastructure-as-code and cloud deployments (Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, containers).

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

- Champion best practices in engineering, security, scalability, and automation.

- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Must-Have Skills :

- 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in development (Java or Python) and backend architecture.

- Strong track record in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, pipelines, DevOps practices).

- Solid experience with Terraform, Kubernetes/container orchestration, and cloud environments (preferably AWS).

- Proficiency in REST APIs, SQL/JPA, Swagger/OpenAPI, and microservices.

- BFSI domain experience is highly valued.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points :

- AWS certifications or deep cloud expertise.

- Prior experience in migration projects, FinTech, or regulated industries.

- Familiarity with secrets management, monitoring, and secure delivery pipelines.
