Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Datacom Senior Lead Developer with strong experience in Datacom protocol development. This is a critical role, requiring hands-on expertise in L2/L3 networking protocols, along with strong programming skills in C and Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance Datacom solutions focusing on L2/L3 protocols

- Lead development activities and provide technical guidance to the team

- Perform protocol analysis, debugging, and performance optimization

- Develop and maintain high-quality embedded/networking software using C on Linux

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project and delivery timelines

- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions

- Ensure compliance with project standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Datacom development

- Strong expertise in Datacom (Layer 2 / Layer 3 protocol development)

- Proficient in C programming

- Hands-on experience working with Linux-based systems

- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocol stacks

- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives

- Local candidates for Gurgaon or Pune are preferred, as one interview round will be Face-to-Face
