Cloud Operations:

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

Operate secure, resilient and cost-controlled cloud environments across AWS, Azure and related cloud-hosted workloads.

- Cost governance

- Disaster Recovery (DR)

- Cloud security controls

Experience:

- 10+ years of relevant experience.

Education / Certifications:

- B.E. in Computers or Electronics.

Broad Role Parameters:

- Landing zone experience.

- VPC architecture with micro-segmentation.

- FinOps.

- AWS Bedrock.

- Vendor governance.

Essential Experience:

- Hands-on operations experience in at least one major cloud platform, preferably AWS or Azure.

- Strong understanding of IAM, compute, storage, cloud networking, backup, monitoring and cost tagging to support and troubleshoot production workloads.

- Exposure to a second cloud platform is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

- Relevant AWS/Azure certification or equivalent hands-on experience.

- Terraform/Infrastructure as Code (IaC) fundamentals.

- Kubernetes awareness.

- FinOps/CSPM exposure.

- BFSI cloud governance experience.

Governance & Control Expectations:

- Cloud services governance awareness.

- IAM review support.

- Logging.

- Encryption.

- Backup evidence.

- Cloud provider artefact coordination.

- Incident evidence.

- Disaster Recovery (DR) evidence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor cloud availability, performance, alerts, spending, backup status and policy compliance.

- Maintain account/subscription hygiene, tagging standards, privileged access reviews and cloud runbooks.

- Support deployments, migrations, incident response, change management and cloud disaster recovery testing.

- Coordinate with application teams on environment readiness, integrations, log management and release stability.

- Work with Security Operations to address cloud posture, vulnerability, IAM and logging gaps.

- Prepare monthly dashboards covering cloud services, costs, compliance and risk metrics.
