Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Analyst specializing in MDM Informatica to join one of the leading US-based management consulting firms. This role focuses on driving end-to-end MDM operations, combining strong technical expertise in data stewardship, data mastering, and SQL with foundational knowledge of ETL processes. The ideal candidate must have 4.5- 7 years of relevant experience and be available to join immediately or within a 15-day notice period.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Focus :

MDM Operations and Data Stewardship :

- Lead daily MDM Operations (MDM Ops), ensuring the stability, performance, and integrity of the Master Data Management platform (Informatica MDM).

- Serve as a key Data Stewardship resource, responsible for managing the quality, governance, and lifecycle of critical master data entities.

- Actively participate in the data mastering process, including managing match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and managing golden records.

Data Investigation and Monitoring :

- Lead efforts in data investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation for data quality issues, data discrepancies, and synchronization failures.

- Perform and oversee load monitoring, ensuring data loads are successful, timely, and compliant with data governance policies.

- Maintain exposure to and understand the principles of data mastering within the MDM hub.

Technical Data Skills :

- Utilize Strong hands-on skills in SQL for complex data querying, analysis, data validation, monitoring, and generating reports from the MDM repository and related systems.

- Demonstrate a clear Understanding of data integration / ETL principles to effectively troubleshoot data flow issues between source systems and the MDM hub.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Experience :

- 4.5- 7 years of combined experience in MDM, Data Stewardship, and Data Management roles.

Core Platform :

- Mandatory hands-on experience with MDM Informatica platform for configuration, operations, and support.

Technical :

- Strong, hands-on proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.

- Direct experience in managing MDM Ops, performing Data Stewardship activities, and managing data mastering processes.

- Understanding of data integration and ETL Basics to diagnose issues in data loading pipelines.

Availability : Must be an Immediate Joiner or serving a maximum 15-day notice period.

General : Exposure to complex data investigations and load monitoring within an MDM environment.
