Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laravel Developer with a strong foundation in PHP and Laravel, and hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development, architecture, and maintenance of robust web applications, while also contributing to frontend and backend development across Laravel and MERN-based systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using Laravel and MERN stack.

- Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

- Mentor junior developers and help guide technical decisions within the team.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 78+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

- Strong proficiency in Laravel/PHP framework and its ecosystem.

- Hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).

- Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful API development.

- Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.

- Familiarity with frontend tools such as Webpack, Babel, Sass, etc.

- Experience with version control tools like Git.

- Good understanding of Docker, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Heroku is a plus.
