We are looking for a Senior L3 Kafka Engineer to manage and scale enterprise Kafka platforms in production environments.

Key Skills Required :

Apache Kafka & Confluent Platform :

- Confluent for Kubernetes (CFK) installation, configuration, admin.

- Kafka Connect, ksqlDB, Schema Registry, Control Center.

- Kubernetes (networking, ingress/egress, storage classes).

- Kafka security (ACLs, TLS, SASL, authentication).

- Performance tuning, HA, DR & capacity planning.

- Monitoring & alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, logging).

- Linux, scripting, Java/Python.

- L3 Production support & troubleshooting.

What Youll Do :

- Design, build, and operate Kafka clusters at scale.

- Support and optimize streaming data pipelines.

- Troubleshoot complex Kafka & Kubernetes issues.

- Collaborate with application and platform teams.

- Participate in on-call / shift-based support as required.
