Senior Java Software Engineer - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

Key Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of Java, Spring, SQL experience with one or more MVC architectures.

- Should have experience in React.

- Solid understanding of Java and creating RESTful services using SpringBoot.

- Knowledge and Experience in Database design and development in MySQL.

- Knowledge and Experience in source control systems like Bitbucket, Gitlab.

- Knowledge and Experience in CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and Gitlab.

- Knowledge and Experience in Agile Practices.

- Desire to build and design complex web architectures leveraging object-oriented programming.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent spoken and written English.

- Experience with CI/CD and AWS is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Develop and enhance user interfaces using React.js with a strong focus on performance, usability, and accessibility.

- Create and consume RESTful APIs to integrate front-end and back-end services.

- Write complex and efficient SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation in relational databases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a sense of urgency.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose technical solutions to meet business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
