Senior Java / Python (Integration) Lead

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java / Python (Integration) Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Python, MongoDB, Microservices, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices, along with proven experience leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications.

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Java and Python-based solutions.

- Design and develop scalable REST APIs and Microservices.

- Develop and optimize MongoDB databases, including administration and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best engineering practices.

- Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical governance.

- Mentor team members and support technical growth.

- Manage project delivery, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.

- Implement CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines.

Mandatory Skills :

- 10 to 12 years of software development experience.

- Strong expertise in Core Java and Python.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB development, administration, and performance tuning.

- Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.

- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Distributed Systems.

- Hands-on experience with Jenkins and/or Ansible.

- Experience with Git.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Proven experience leading development teams of 5+ members.

- Excellent communication, mentoring, stakeholder management, and delivery management skills.
