Senior Java Lead - Spring Boot

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Java and modern cloud-native technologies, along with proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development of backend services using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

- Architect and implement robust solutions following clean architecture, SOLID principles, and best design practices.

- Design and implement secure APIs using OAuth 2.0 for authentication and authorization.

- Manage and provision infrastructure using Terraform, adhering to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.

- Drive the development, maintenance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and security checks.

- Perform comprehensive code reviews, focusing on performance optimization, code quality, and security standards.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, QA, Product) to embed security and quality throughout the SDLC.

- Guide and mentor team members, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Manage sprint planning, task tracking, and issue resolution using JIRA in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise :

- Strong expertise in Java with hands-on experience in Spring Boot / Spring Framework.

- Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.

- Strong knowledge of MVC architecture and development of RESTful APIs.

- Experience with AWS and cloud-native technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven and distributed systems.

- Experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

- Good understanding of application security best practices.

- Strong knowledge of MVC architecture and development of RESTful APIs.
