Senior Java/J2EE Developer - Spring Boot/Hibernate

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java/J2EE Developer to provide technical leadership and drive agile development for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of developers in building, supporting, and enhancing Java/J2EE applications.

- Collaborate with system architects to implement optimal solutions for complex problems.

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.

- Work on agile development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Conduct impact analysis for required changes and escalate issues when necessary.

- Provide technical documentation and mentor junior developers.

- Engage with customers to understand problems and provide solutions.

- Assist in hiring talented developers to strengthen the team.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Core Java / J2EE development expertise.

- Web Services (SOAP, REST) & Microservices experience.

- Source code management tools (GIT, SVN, Clearcase).

- Strong understanding of design patterns & SDLC.

- Application build & deployment using Maven/Ant.

- Experience with JDBC, XML, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot.

- RDBMS expertise (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server).

- NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) & JSON handling.

- ORM frameworks (Hibernate).

Desirable Skills:

- Sun Java certification.

- AWS/Azure Cloud knowledge.

- Basic UNIX skills.

- Agile development experience (TDD, BDD).
