Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Engineer with strong expertise in REST API development, Microservices architecture, and AWS Cloud services. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance, cloud-native applications. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, ownership of deliverables, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs with high performance, security, and reliability.

- Develop and deploy applications on AWS Cloud, following best practices.

- Work extensively with AWS Pinpoint for messaging, notifications, and user engagement (mandatory).

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 68 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong experience in Java REST Web Services.

- Proven expertise in Microservices architecture.

- Solid understanding of AWS Cloud services.

- Mandatory experience with AWS Pinpoint.

- Good understanding of API management concepts.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have :

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of message queues and event-driven architectures.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
