Senior Java Developer/Technical Lead - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and hands-on experience with MongoDB. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Java 8, Spring ecosystem, and experience working in scalable, high-performance environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with MongoDB for efficient NoSQL data management

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to containerize applications using Docker

- Implement secure RESTful services with proper authentication and authorization

- Write and maintain shell scripts for automation tasks

- Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing

- Work with Kafka for event-driven architecture and messaging

- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning

- Continuously improve performance and scalability of applications

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Data (with NoSQL)

- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Microservices architecture

- Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs

- Experience with MongoDB

- Familiarity with Kafka for message-driven systems

- Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployment

- Proficient in Shell scripting for automation

- Good understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms

- Experience with unit testing and integration testing
