Senior Java Developer - Spring Frameworks

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring frameworks to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in system architecture, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring frameworks

- Build and maintain RESTful and microservices-based architectures

- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, QA, and product teams

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 6+ years of experience in Java application development

- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Core

- Experience with Spring Data JPA / Hibernate

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture

- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

- Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

- Experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle)

- Proficiency with version control systems (Git)
