Position Overview :

This role involves designing, developing, and leading teams in the creation of secure payment systems. The work will include services that interact with cloud-based Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and integrations with various payment acquirers and gateways. The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain secure payment services.

- Work on integrations with cloud HSMs, acquirers, and gateways.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

- Apply object-oriented design principles and design patterns to address technical challenges.

- Develop applications using Java, Java EE platforms, and the Spring Framework.

- Manage relational databases using SQL and ORM technologies.

- Utilize web frameworks such as JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.

- Implement cryptographic technologies in payment systems.

- Work with cloud platforms and services as required.

- Use GitLab for version control.

- Stay updated with relevant technologies and contribute to process improvements.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of development experience in payment services or the financial industry.

- Strong experience with Java, Java EE, and Spring Framework.

- Experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM tools.

- Proficiency with one or more web frameworks (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC, Spring Boot).

- Knowledge of cryptographic methods used in payment systems.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.

- Proficiency in GitLab or similar version control systems.

- Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Relevant technical certifications.

- Previous experience in similar roles or industries.

- Understanding of payment services and financial systems.

- Experience with microservices architecture and large-scale system development.
