Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JSP, JDBC, J2EE, and Struts.

- Architect scalable and efficient microservices-based solutions leveraging Spring Boot and modern development frameworks.

- Lead and mentor development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven.

- Work with containerization technologies such as Docker to enable consistent and scalable deployment environments.

- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize systems for reliability and scalability.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JSP, JDBC, J2EE, and Struts.

- Proven experience designing and deploying microservices architectures.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices (Jenkins, Git, Maven).

- Proficiency with containerization using Docker.

- Excellent leadership and team mentoring skills.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with DevOps principles and monitoring tools is a plus.
