Job Title : Senior Java Developer

Experience : 5+ years

Location : Gurgaon / Delhi

Availability : 2 weeks

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Build and integrate APIs, REST/SOAP services, and data pipelines with PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud-native databases.

- Work on serverless and container-based architectures leveraging AWS (Lambda, EKS, Cognito, RDS, API Gateway) and Azure (Entra ID, Blob, Container Apps).

- Ensure secure and efficient authentication, authorization, and access control implementations.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.

- Drive performance optimization, debugging, and system monitoring using modern DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

- Mentor junior developers and enforce clean code and Agile practices.

- Participate in client discussions, solutioning, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Microservices.

- Proficient in API design, integration, and security practices (IAM, OAuth, API Gateway).

- Strong knowledge of database design and integration with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis etc.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), serverless architectures, and event-driven systems.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools : Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to lead development tasks.

- Ability to manage small teams and interact with customers independently.

- Experience in Banking/Finance domain is preferred
