Mandatory Skills :

- Minimum 7 years of overall software development experience

- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Apache Flink, Java 8, AWS, Spring Boot, and Microservices

- Strong coding and debugging skills with a deep understanding of scalable backend systems

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

- 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on programming languages such as Java and/or Python

- Proficient in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture

- Hands-on experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar

- Solid understanding of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, along with strong SQL

Skills :

- Proven experience working with event-driven architectures, ideally in real-time or streaming data environments (e.g., Apache Flink)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS, including deployment and monitoring of applications

- Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software development practices

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, though not mandatory
