Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs for enterprise applications. The role requires hands-on backend development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build scalable backend applications following microservices architecture.

- Integrate APIs with databases and third-party systems.

- Optimize application performance and resolve production issues.

- Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following coding standards.

- Collaborate with QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams during the development lifecycle.

- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills :

- 4-6 years of experience in Java Backend Development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, and REST API Development.

- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture.

- Experience with Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases and SQL query optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD.

- Good knowledge of Linux environment and troubleshooting.

- Understanding of API Security, Authentication (JWT/OAuth), and Secure Coding Practices.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Kafka/JMS, Redis, or Messaging Systems.

- Exposure to Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of financial or capital market applications is an advantage.
