As a key member of our software development division, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, proficiency in design patterns and principles, and expertise in PostgreSQL, Angular, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities :

- To provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team across the full software development lifecycle.

- Lead API design and development, ensuring best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

- Make architectural decisions and define coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.

- Collaborate closely with clients, product owners/business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Clearly articulate technical concepts, risks, and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

- Mentor and coach team members through code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving.

- Identify technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies.

- Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.

- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern technologies and frameworks.

Preferred Skills in candidate's profile :

- Java 8/11/17 and above

- API Design and Development, Proficiency with relational database(PostgreSQL)

- Designing and managing services

- Working with AWS

- Clearly articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Analytical skills to break down complex problems and architect solutions.
