Role Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Engineer to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and scaling our core platform, with a strong focus on leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance efficiency and productivity across our systems. The ideal candidate is a seasoned engineer with a proven track record of building and deploying large-scale Java and/or Python applications, possesses architectural experience, and is passionate about exploring the potential of GenAI and LLMs.

Skills Required :

- 6- 10 years of experience in design and development of large-scale software systems, with a strong focus on Java and/or Python development

- Experience in both Java and Python would be a huge plus

- Proven experience architecting and building systems

- Hands-On experience with GenAI/LLMs to improve efficiency and productivity

- Experience with Databricks or Snowflake systems would be a Plus

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable Python-based systems

- Help with the architectural design and implementation of key platform components

- Collaborate across design, product, and engineering teams

- Integrate Generative AI and LLMs into existing systems to automate tasks and improve decision-making

- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.
