Role Overview :

We are seeking highly skilled Product Engineers III - Backend to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of scalable product development, and a passion for building high-performance applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver robust, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.

Key Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Framework for building robust, scalable APIs and microservices.

- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL for data modelling and query optimisation.

- Hands-on experience with Redpanda/Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies (good to have).

- Familiarity with Hasura GraphQL or related API platforms (good to have).

- Understanding of RESTful API design principles and security best practices.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, code versioning (Git), and agile development workflows.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices.

- Build efficient APIs and data integration solutions supporting dynamic frontend applications.

- Collaborate with DevOps and architecture teams to ensure smooth deployments and system reliability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

- Contribute to continuous improvement in coding standards and development practices.
