Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience building scalable, high-performance applications in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop and maintain Microservices-based applications following industry best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems and services.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Java application development.

- Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8/11/17).

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.

- Extensive experience in designing and developing Microservices.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.

- Experience with JPA/Hibernate and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

- Understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming (OOP), and software engineering principles.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Knowledge of Maven/Gradle build tools.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
