Senior Java Backend Developer - Spring Boot

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, high performance backend systems and working with Kafka for event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

- Implement and manage microservices architecture ensuring scalability and performance.

- Develop, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs.

- Work on Kafka-based messaging systems for real-time data processing and streaming.

- Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, QA, and Product) to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8 or higher).

- Proven expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices development.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka for data streaming and message brokering.

- Proficiency in developing and consuming REST APIs.

- Strong working knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.

- Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
