About The Job : We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with 7+ years of experience to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based technologies along with a deep understanding of system internals, performance optimization, and debugging across distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and enhance RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across end-to-end systems, including microservices and monolithic applications.

- Optimize APIs and backend services to reduce latency and improve throughput.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready software.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and system design.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development.

- Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE.

- Extensive experience with Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot.

- Strong experience with JPA/Hibernate.

- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases, with deep knowledge of SQL internals (query execution plans, indexing, optimization techniques).

- Strong experience working with REST APIs and web services.

- Experience with microservices and monolithic architecture.

- Good exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong understanding of security best practices, including OAuth, JWT, and RBAC using Spring Security / Jakarta EE.

- Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
